They feel more like brief moments of assistance when you need it most, and once business is concluded, you go your separate ways.Īs for invasions, they're not that common to warrant the amount of outrage people have against it, save for a few areas specifically designed for invasions to take place. The game isn't really designed for cooperative playthroughs. Friend will have to be summoned in your world to beat an area, then you have to beat the area in their own world. Running through the levels cooperatively I find to be not as fun, since the mob enemies kind of just fall over when they have to face more than one player.Īttempting to coop throughout the entire game would require you having to basically do two playthroughs in order to progress together. That's when the teamwork really starts to kick in as you're all taking turns aggroing the boss or those desperate measures you have to take in order to save the world host. I find it's best to do coop against bosses.
